Terms of service
Updated 12 October 2026. Confirm the missing business details, prices, tax treatment and service terms before public publication or paid engagement. No legal compliance certification is claimed.
What these terms cover
This draft explains the proposed service approach. The final written quote and signed service agreement define the project, deliverables, fees, tax treatment, revision rounds, schedule and acceptance. No online purchase or binding acceptance is enabled.
Website creation proposals
Starter Website — €399; Business Website — €699; Professional Website — €1199. Proposed packages for owner review. Exact scope, revision limits, support arrangements, work allowances, booking-provider costs, VAT treatment and third-party charges must be approved before public publication or purchase. Domain registration, hosting, ongoing maintenance and paid third-party services are separate unless explicitly quoted.
Management proposals
Website Managed — €150/month; Website + Bookings — €199/month; Business Growth — €299/month. Care includes no routine content-editing allowance. Managed proposes up to 60 minutes of monthly content changes for a site up to seven pages. Booking and Growth remain enquiry-only until configured and approved. Growth’s additional improvement allowance is not yet set.
Revisions and additional work
The quote states the included revision rounds. A round means one consolidated set of changes within scope. We quote changes to agreed functionality or additional work before starting. Neither unlimited revisions nor unlimited monthly work is included.
Free website previews
A preview is a personalised visual concept for a suitable business, subject to review and availability. No purchase is required. It is not a completed website, and no exact delivery time or automatic preview is promised. A future preview-expiry integration is not active.
Ownership and third-party services
Your supplied content remains yours. Source code, design rights, licences, repository access and handover terms must be agreed in writing. Domains, hosting, booking subscriptions and specialist services may have separate fees and terms.
Cancellation and responsibility
The owner must approve support hours, response targets, cancellation notice, annual billing and refund treatment, fair usage, unused-time policy, liability and dispute provisions with a suitable adviser. No guaranteed rankings, revenue or staffed 24/7 support is promised.
